Ranch RV & Self-Storage announces the opening of Phase I of its new self-storage facility in the Temescal Valley, California. The newly built, state-of-the-art facility is strategically located on the west side of the I-15 freeway on Temescal Canyon Road in Lake Elsinore, CA.
Ranch RV & Self-Storage –Temescal Valley, at complete build-out, will offer over 215,000 square feet of storage space, including many temperature-controlled spaces. A full selection of unit sizes will be available to meet a wide variety of needs. Drive-up units are currently available ranging from 10’ x 18’ up to 10’ x 29’. Parking to accommodate boats and RV storage will be available at completion of phase II in April of 2022. The facility features private gate code access through a touch display drive-through security gate. At completion of Phase II of construction, additional spaces will include ground floor units as well as second and third-story units with easy elevator access. With excellent exposure to the I-15 freeway, Ranch RV & Self-Storage – Temescal Valley offers an excellent storage option to the surrounding communities of Lake Elsinore, Temescal Canyon, as well as Corona.
